We are looking for a passionate and inspiring qualified 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join our supportive and talented team at Wallscourt Farm Academy. We are a diverse multi-academy trust, looking for professional and ambitious people, with a passion for transforming our students’ learning.
This position is fixed term until 31.08.2021, whilst the student remains at the academy and the continuation of funding. Your working hours will be 3 days per week, 9am to 12pm, Term Time Only.
What we are looking for:
To be successful in the post, we are looking for someone with an ambitious, resilient personality with excellent communication skills, who will work effectively within the Academy. It will involve working with a key identified student with High Needs Funding with additional needs, providing in class support and small group work to improve engagement, attainment, and progress.
