The successful candidates will have experience of teaching in a primary school, high expectations for pupils and will enjoy working in a culturally diverse community. He/She will be able to demonstrate :
• Excellent relationships with pupils and clear evidence of listening and acting on pupil voice
• Experience of teaching in an inclusive environment
• Excellent skills in assessment for learning, target setting and self evaluation of their practice
Above all, they will be able to bring enthusiasm and an appetite to embrace exciting curriculum challenges and opportunities.
