Are you passionate about your subject area? Do you have experience of teaching AAT Levels 2 to 4 to Adults and post-16 learners? If so, we would be very interested in hearing from you.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable lecturer to join our team on a sessional basis to deliver innovative and inclusive teaching to Adult and post-16 learners. You will have the ability to inspire and motivate your students, enhancing your lessons using a variety of approaches, including technology. Your role will be to progress, support and develop every student through outstanding teaching and learning to achieve a successful outcome in their AAT studies.
- Experience of teaching AAT at Levels 2 to 4, within the Adult and post-16 sector
- Have achieved AAT Technician Level 4/ACCA/CIMA/ACA or above
- Hold a teaching qualification (Level 4 or above)
- Ideally have a minimum of 3 years industry experience
- An assessor qualification would be desirable
- Ability to deliver the curriculum creatively with strong independent organisational skills

This is a sessional role. Hours are Wednesday evenings 6pm to 8:30pm (L4 AAT).
There is also the opportunity to teach more hours in March and in September. In addition to this, cover hours may well be available throughout the year to cover staff absence.
