Required for January 2020, to join a hard working and dedicated staff at Spring Cottage Primary School, Hull. We are looking for two highly motivated and organised Achievement Support Assistant to work pupils within our FS2 classes. Ideally candidates should have experience of working and supporting children with special educational needs including, but not exclusively ASD, SLCN, SPLD and Cerebral Palsy.
The successful candidate will be able to:
• Motivate, engage and enthuse children, so that they learn well and excited to participate in activities;
• Use their initiative exceptionally well to ensure pupils are safe and happy;
• Be flexible, resilient and have the ability to think on their feet;
• Be a team player and have a genuine passion for Early Years and inclusion.
