The Governors of this popular, expanding and forward looking school are seeking to appoint an excellent member of staff who will have responsibility for the day-to-day coordination of additional learning needs provision at the school. This is a pivotal vacancy as the school embraces the Welsh Government ALN reforms.
The post holder will hold a senior TLR 1a position. At St. John Lloyd, all TLR holders are part of the Extended Leadership Team (ELT). In line with the expectations of the ALN reforms in Wales, the ALNCO will also be an associate member of the school Senior Leadership Team. This clear line of communication will help the school to plan, manage and deliver its duties and responsibilities in identifying and meeting the needs of children with ALN.
