Additional Learning Support Manager

We are recruiting an ALS Manager who will oversee the effective administration and operation of student support and additional needs support at Newham College.
You will ensure a comprehensive service of Additional Learning Support and provide effective and coherent operational management of the support programme in order to effectively breakdown barriers to individual achievement.
Responsible for setting, monitoring and reporting on appropriate quality standards and working closely with the Newham Council, Transition Team, Schools, and other stakeholder, we are looking for a candidate who can ensure ALS resources are deployed promptly, effectively and consistently in response to identified needs in all areas of work delivered by the College.
We welcome candidates with ALS funding and its understanding, experience of working in Further Education sector and working with learners with additional needs
