Our new school is expanding rapidly, with an increasing number of opportunities for those wishing to work with children. We are looking to appoint a new part time admin assistant to work in the school office.
The successful applicant will be working in the office undertaking a variety of administrative tasks as well as liaising with the families and teaching staff. There are specific responsibilities coordinating admissions applications to the school as well as supporting the Special Needs Lead for the school.
The work includes using a variety of IT systems and dealing with confidential information regarding children, therefore high levels of integrity are required.

Hours of work are Thursday 12.30-3.45 and Friday 8.30-3.45 (10 hours per week)
term time only plus 2 days in the school holidays.
The salary is ETAT Grade B which is £19393 pro rata. The actual salary for these hours is £4621.
