LEVEL 3 ADMIN OFFICER (Temporary to cover maternity leave)
Pay: Grade 3 (points 5-6)
Hours: 8am – 4.30pm Monday to Thursday and 8am to 4pm on Fridays, 37 hours per week for 40 weeks per year (term time, plus two weeks in school closure)
Salary: £17,012 p.a
Starting Date: 12th April 2021
We are looking to appoint an admin officer to help support our busy admin team. You will be assisting with all aspects of student admin, and will include dealing with parents and professionals through written communication and telephone calls.
This role requires the ability to prioritise a varied workload, be able to work on your own initiative, have excellent literacy and communication skills and have an in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office.
The successful candidate will have a genuine interest in improving outcomes for the students, and you must be friendly and approachable to all staff, students and visitors at Ellesmere College.
Previous experience is desirable.
