The three federated schools are progressing with their exciting journey. The appointed member of staff will be based at Riverbank School; however, the newly appointed person would be employed by the federation.
Riverbank School provides for the needs of 70 pupils, aged 4-11. The majority of our pupils have a diagnosis of either SLD, GLD, ASC or SpLD and can sometimes display multifaceted behaviours.
We are looking for an individual who can offer excellent organisational and interpersonal skills with a proven track record demonstrating experience of taking a senior administrative role.
In return we can offer the opportunity to play a key role in Riverbank School and to be supported by an experienced senior management team who will ensure career and personal development together with the opportunity for on-going training.
This role requires leadership, drive, commitment, enthusiasm and offers personal opportunity and a happy thriving atmosphere in which to work.
The successful candidate will possess the ability to multitask, be able to prioritise, whilst having excellent professional and social skills, and be able to develop nurturing relationships with all stakeholders.
