This is a fabulous opportunity for a dedicated and organised Administration & Operations Manager to join the school team at a very exciting time for Crosshill School and the Champion Education Trust. We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and experienced administration and operations manager to join the school’s successful and supportive team.
We are a secondary special school for students aged 11 to 18 years old who have an Educational Health Care Plan for a wide variety of learning difficulties and disabilities.
Crosshill are part of the Champion Education Trust and is one of three schools currently within the trust. It is currently a really exciting time for Crosshill School as we are relocating to a standalone site in September 2021. The new site location is within Darwen and will provide us with the environment we need to ensure that all of our children reach their full potential and thieve within a specialist setting. The administration and operations manager will pay a crucial role in supporting the relocation of Crosshill School and the phase 2 redevelopment. More information regarding the relocation consultation can be found on the school website.
We can offer you:
• The opportunity to work in an excellent school and to contribute to the next phase of its development;
• Students who enjoy learning and thrive on their personalised curriculum and wide range of activities;
• A stable and committed staff team determined to give our students the best possible opportunities;
• A supportive and committed board of trustees;
• On-going professional career development.
If you are the person to take up the challenge and help lead our exceptional school into the next exciting phase of its development, we would like to hear from you.
Due to the current situation, we are unable to offer face to face visits within the school, but we are happy to arrange remote tours if you would like to see us in action. Our Headteacher, Lidia Gardner, will also be happy to answer any questions you may have regarding the role and Crosshill School.
