Administration Assistant - 35 Hours per week
Part-Time Term-Time plus two weeks holiday working
We are seeking to appoint an experienced receptionist/administration assistant to cover maternity leave from June 2021. You will be an integral part of the team, working closely with parents, students, and the local community as their first point of call. As the ‘face’ of the school the receptionist should be welcoming, personable, helpful and able to represent the School in a professional and friendly manner. In addition, it is essential that the person for this role is organised, able to multitask, work flexibly and have a ‘can do’ approach to work, as no two days are the same.
Experience of working in a school environment or a busy office would be an advantage and a good level of ICT skills is also required.
Hours of work required will be 35 hours per week, term time only plus two weeks holiday working.
