Administration Assistant Covid-19 (Neath College)
To provide students, staff and visitors with advice and guidance in relation to Covid-19 and record and maintain Covid-19 student related absences.
Rate of pay: Scale 2, Points 14 – 16, £18,328 - £19,258 per annum.
Hours of Work: 37 hours per week (including evening work and occasional early mornings and weekends).
Contract: Full time, fixed term until 31 August 2022.
Location: NPTC Group of Colleges (initially based at Neath College).
Qualifications: The ideal candidate should have a Level 2 qualification in a relevant discipline and have relevant experience. You should also hold a level 2 qualification in English and Maths (GCSE or equivalent) and be IT Literate to level 2 (with working knowledge of MS Word and Excel). Experience of working in a customer facing role would be advantageous.
