At our happy, busy, thriving school we require to start in September: Administrative Assistant.
We wish to recruit a well-organised, administrative professional to join the office team. The post is permanent and for 27hours 30mins per week, term time only. The hours are 12.00pm - 5.30pm each day. Salary range: C3 – C5 FTE –£21,408 - £22,185 pro-rated (actual salary £14,214 - £14,730). The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and have a friendly and professional approach to their role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential and you must be able to remain calm, demonstrate flexibility and appreciate the need for confidentiality.
We would welcome applications from professionals with:
Experience of working in a busy school environment. Ability to work intuitively and effectively as part of a team. Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines. Numerate and with good working knowledge of ICT programmes (including SIMs and FMS if possible) and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
