Actual pro-rated salary: USTS 4 £17,931 to £20,369 per annum depending on experience
(FTE £19,827 to £22,522)
The Bishop David Brown School is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our outstanding admin team. You will have the ability to work as part of a team as well as with your own initiative. No two days are ever the same and someone who has the ability to show flexibility and be able to multitask is essential.
The role includes manning our busy reception desk, supporting our staff and students with admin tasks and carrying out first aid when required. The Admin Office is the first port of call for all stakeholders and the right candidate will offer a calm and professional presence.
The successful candidate will possess excellent customer service and communication skills.
You must be proficient with IT particularly Word and Excel. A qualification in first aid is desirable, although full training will be given.
