Hours: 37 per week, 8am – 4pm, Monday to Thursday, 8am – 3.30pm, Fridays.
This is a fixed term post until 31st August 2021 pending a staff review.

Pathways Learning Centre provides short stay education and therapeutic support for up to 250 students between Key Stage 1 – 4; who are unable to access mainstream provision for a variety of reasons. The successful applicant will join a dynamic, enthusiastic team, totally committed to supporting some of the most vulnerable students in South Gloucestershire.
Required an enthusiastic and committed Administration Assistant to support student attendance.
Previous experience of working in a school would be an advantage but is not essential. We are looking for the right person with the correct skills.
The role is initially fixed term but this could become a permanent position.
The post holder will need to:
•Have a good level of education, normally evidenced by a minimum of 3 GCSEs (including Maths and English) at grade C or above, or other equivalents
•Have good computer skills (MS Office)
•Have good interpersonal skills
•Be committed to providing high quality customer care
•Have an understanding of and commitment to the confidentiality of all Pathways Learning Centre clients
•An eye for detail.
Other desirable criteria include:
•Previous experience of Sims or other management information systems
•Previous experience of working within an education or school setting
•A sense of humour
•Worked in a data management environment.
