Administrator. Distance Learning. Part Time (16.5 hours). Permanent.
(Flexible working pattern over 2 to 5 days per week).
An opportunity has arisen for an administrator to support the Distance Learning team in the delivery of a high quality administration service to the Curriculum. The successful candidate will have recent and applicable administrative experience, including excellent organisational skills, with the ability to work on their own initiative. Experience of distance learning would be an advantage to this role.
You must have highly effective communication and customer service skills with the ability to work accurately and meet tight deadlines.
The successful applicant will have a minimum Level 2 in Maths and English (GCSE Grade C or above, GCSE Grade 4 or above or equivalent) as well as a minimum Level 2 qualification in IT and / or equivalent Microsoft Word/Excel experience.
You will be required to work flexibly and on occasion at different locations.
