Homefield college are seeking to recruit a confident individual to co-ordinate and support all Education, Health and Care plan (EHCP) reviews across the college and support the transition process of outgoing students and students new to the college along with supporting the actions arising from these processes.
The successful applicant will hold 5 GCSE’s of which must include both English and Maths, they will experience of working with young adults with SEND requirements and be able to work to multiple deadlines. They will need to be confident, well organised and self-motivated, along with being flexible to meet the needs of the organisation.
