The Admissions team are looking for a full-time team member to help them provide an outstanding service to prospective students.
The admissions team are required to provide all prospective and progressing students with outstanding advice and guidance and ensure the application experience is of the highest quality.
Exceptional customer service skills are a must; the team are customer facing and required to work across all three sites, as well as supporting events.
A proportion of the work involves dealing with enquiries across webchat, over the phone and face-to-face, so the successful candidate must be comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced working environment.
The successful candidate will be a fast learner with excellent attention to detail, equally capable of working on their own projects or contributing to team tasks.
Full training will be given, however a good level of IT skills is essential and some understanding of FE would be advantageous

The successful candidate will join the Admissions team, reporting to the Head of Marketing and Admissions.
