Admissions Officer
As a member of the Admissions team, you will assist in delivering an effective and responsive frontline service and support the delivery of excellent information and advice to a diverse range of customers.
You will be responsible for the coordination of admissions processes for your specific area. This will include interview arrangements, offers and enrolments. You will process student applications efficiently and accurately using the college systems. This includes administration, inputting and retrieving information from the database, tracking applications, enquiries and preparing correspondence.
The right candidate will also represent the Admissions department on behalf of The Windsor Forest Colleges Group at student recruitment focused events including Open Days, Careers Fairs, Parents Evenings at partner schools, Interview sessions and other relevant events.
You will possess 5 GCSES at grades A-C, or equivalent, including Maths and English, or relevant Customer Service experience.
