Advice, Guidance and Customer Services Co-ordinator. Full Time. Permanent.
We are looking to appoint an Advice, Guidance and Customer Services Co-ordinator to provide coordinated leadership of the Careers, Welfare and Customer Services teams to ensure IAG is embedded across the College. As well as management of a substantial budget, you will manage and oversee the processes and ensure procedures are adhered to and student financial support is equitably assessed and allocated according to the government guidelines.
The successful applicant will be qualified to Degree level or equivalent and have knowledge of Information, Advice and Guidance and the guiding principles. You will have excellent organisation and customer services skills and be able to confidently resolve problems and deal with sensitive information. You will have knowledge of careers and the Gatsby Benchmarks
You will also have knowledge of the benefits and funding system and how this relates to education. Knowledge of leadership principles and the ability to apply them in a co-ordinator role would be beneficial.
