Full time ALN Teacher-Coach (MPS – 1-year post)
We seek to appoint an outstanding teacher who can support the development of quality first teaching in every classroom to ensure that all students achieve outstanding outcomes. This is an exciting new post with the main focus of coaching teachers across the school to improve their teaching of ALN students in the classroom.
The right candidate will thrive on the challenge of working with teachers across the school to ensure that teaching of all students is purposeful and high impact; that all students are given opportunities to develop their skills according to their need, and that all students achieve highly and develop in confidence. You will be experienced and successful in teaching students with Additional Learning Needs and will preferably have experience in working with teachers to improve teaching and learning. You will be committed to finding inclusive approaches to inspiring students and to improving the life-chances of all our students. There will be no teaching commitment to this post, purely a coaching role of teachers in the school.
