An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Apprentice Laboratory Technician to join the Science Department at Kent College. The successful applicant will be responsible for the preparing, cleaning, and storing of materials and apparatus for Science demonstrations and practicals, whilst following Health and Safety practices in all areas of their work. The successful candidate will have a keen interest in Science, good communication skills and be willing to learn.
The successful candidate will also study towards a Level 3 Laboratory Technician qualification alongside working.
The position is 32 hours per week, term-time only.
