The directors, pupils and staff of Four Acres Academy are seeking to appoint an Apprentice Teaching Assistant that who is enthusiastic about working with young people aged 3-5 years. The candidates will be supporting class teacher and Nursery Nurses with day-to-day activities in line with the current Early Years Framework (EYFS), behaviour management and helping in the development of other key skills that aid pupils’ learning
At Four Acres Academy we have a strong tradition of developing our new staff. The candidates will be working towards their level 3 Children and young Peoples workforce Early Learning and Childcare level 3 and will receive support from a mentor in the Academy and online units from Learn Direct.
