Apprenticeship Delivery Manager
Hours: 37 hours per week
Salary: £27,706 - £29,426 pa (A33-A35)

Reaseheath Apprenticeship team are looking for a proactive, highly motivated and energetic individual to lead, manage and drive the development of a team of work-based Skills Coaches across a variety of occupational areas.
The ideal candidate will monitor and drive performance improvements across the provision by appraising the Skills Coaches performance, reviewing the programmes and data and coaching and mentoring the Skills Coaches.
You must have significant experience of successfully leading a team and managing apprenticeship provision. Duties will include:
• Reporting team progress against agreed targets.
• Conducting regular one to one performance reviews
• Embedding effective systems to ensure high quality assessment and internal quality assurance and compliance.
• Effective annual appraisals linked to overall team and business objectives and managing performance.
