Apprenticeship Development Officer
(Fixed Term Contract to 30 July 2021)
Salary: Actual salary £12,421.39 (based on £24,842.77 FTE)
Hours: 18.5 per week
Location: Flexibility to work across all campuses and in the field.
Brooklands College is a Further Education College with two campuses based in Weybridge, Surrey and Ashford, Middlesex. We pride ourselves in providing innovative and effective programmes for learners of all abilities.
We are looking for an individual to support the sustainable growth of apprenticeships and meeting income targets as part of the College’s strategic plan.
The successful applicant will be responsible for working in partnership with new and existing employers who are interested in developing their workforce for the future. The applicant will need to be confident undertaking organisational needs analysis and designing / developing training plans to meet employer needs.
You must have excellent commercial awareness with an understanding of business-to-business activities, financial awareness including costing and budget management skills and knowledgeable and skilled in preparing contracts such as commitment statements and training service agreements with good attention to detail.
The post holder will be required to work flexibly across all campuses and in the field.
