We are looking to appoint two ambitious Sales Officers with a passion for Apprenticeships who will generate new business opportunities and respond to incoming leads to meet our curriculum plan and meet ambitious targets. You will be educated to at least Level 4 and have extensive sales experience and a track record for achieving targets.
The successful candidate will possess a range of skills related to undertaking training and development analysis of new and existing business and be confident in negotiating new business and training costs in-line with the needs of the apprentice and the employer.
You will also have the ability to work as part of a team to undertake sales duties including promotional events and employer visits. You will contribute to maintain the AOP social media sites to promote apprenticeship programmes, employer initiatives and vacancies.
We are looking for positive, proactive, solutions focused individual to help us drive the provision to support our journey to outstanding and meet ambitus recruitment targets.
You will be Educated to a Level 2 minimum in maths and English (GCSE Grade C or above, GCSE Grade 4 or above or equivalent. Knowledge of ICT (Smart Assessor) and experience of working with students would be beneficial along with excellent communication skills and a 'can do' approach to tasks.
