We are seeking to appoint an organised Art Technician to work part time in our busy Art Department. We are looking for someone who has an eye for detail, has a positive ‘can do ‘attitude and has a genuine interest in the visual arts.
20 hours a week term time
Monday to Fridays 8.30am – 12.30pm (start and finish times could be negotiable)
The main purpose of the job is to ensure that department stock levels are maintained and that equipment and resources are prepared and set up to support daily teaching. There will be an opportunity for the Art Technician to support the classroom teacher in lessons.
Our ideal candidate will:
• Have a qualification in art / design
• Have experience of using Photoshop
• Have the ability to maintain accurate work records and maintain inventories
