St Paul’s Girls’ School is seeking an enthusiastic Art Technician to support the Director of Art & Design and the team of Art & Design teachers with the day-to-day operation, maintenance and health & safety of the School’s studios. This particular post will be based in the art studios rather than the workshop. The postholder will work closely with the other technician with a particular focus on the darkroom, digital studio, painting studio and ceramics studio. The successful candidate will enjoy working as part of a team and in a school community and should be capable of working with the minimum of supervision. The role is varied and we recognise that no candidate is likely to have experience in the full range of technical tasks it involves.
The position comes with a benefits package of
- contributory pension scheme
- free lunches
- tea and coffee
- use of school sports facilities during allocated staff times
