Working alongside employers, this role will be involved in training, assessing, and guiding NVQ Level 2 students studying Construction Trades – Painting and Decorating.
Applicants should ideally hold a D33, D34, V1, A1 or TAQA Level 3/4 would be most desirable however, Oaklands will support training for these qualifications if vocational expertise can be proven.
Much of the role will involve working independently and managing your own daily routine with little or no supervision, so a can do attitude is really important. Please note, due to the nature of the role, it will be necessary to travel between various sites and employers in the Hertfordshire region; you must be able to provide your own transport (standard mileage rates will be paid).
