Actual Salary: £26,480 - £28,668 per annum £28,107 - £30,429 FTE
41 hours per week, Term Time (38 weeks per year) plus 3 Professional Learning Days
Monday to Thursday 8:00 to 16:30 (with ½ hour lunch)
Friday 8:00 to 15:30 (with ½ hour lunch)
2 hours per week worked on a flexible basis
Due to the promotion within the team to other schools in the Trust, we are looking to appoint one enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals with the passion of working with young people and getting the best from them no matter what the barriers. Your role will be to support the behaviour, learning and progress of all students in an assigned year group, liaising with staff, families and outside agencies as appropriate.
You will have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to deal authoritatively and sensitively with young people experiencing barriers to achievement.
