Leeds is a vibrant, multi-cultural city and our school is very much a reflection of this. Mill Field Primary stands within a growing and diverse community. The challenges we face mirror those experienced within the community and by the families and children who come to our school.
The governors are seeking to employ an ambitious, highly motivated and enthusiastic Assistant Headteacher to work in partnership with the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team who are leading our school on a transformational journey.
First and foremost, we’re looking for a proven Senior or Middle Leader who will, together with the Headteacher and SLT, drive transformation. You will be an ambitious and highly talented teacher, who is committed to achieving the highest possible standards of learning and teaching.
If you are looking for an opportunity to inspire, motivate, challenge and develop children and staff alike then we would be delighted to receive your application.
We are looking to appoint a driven leader who can continue to develop an exciting and innovative curriculum that matches the needs of our children and community; a person capable of analysing data effectively to accelerate pupil progress and drive the school forward, ensuring that all pupils have the best possible education and school experience.
The post is not classroom based but has approximately 0.6 teaching commitment as a Teaching Partner to drive targeted school improvement across school and some PPA cover.
