The successful candidate will work with the School Leadership Team and have responsibility for leading the SEND department, playing a critical role in enabling the school to achieve and sustain high quality educational provision for our most vulnerable students.
We are looking for an inspirational and dynamic leader who has developed strong leadership skills and who has demonstrated the ability to instil a purposeful and positive ethos. You will have a compelling personal presence, emotional intelligence and demonstrable commitment to your own CPD. The Castle School is part of Castle School Education which was formed in 2013 by The Castle School in Thornbury, and now includes Marlwood, Mangotsfield and Downend secondary schools as well as Charfield, Severn Beach and Lyde Green primary schools
