Our Assistant Principal role is paramount to our success, and in particular, the responsibilities of the role is focused on ensuring our learners have the best possible educational outcomes and student experience. The role is part of the senior leadership team and you will take a leadership role on all aspects related to the curriculum, quality, and progress of students. You will also provide leadership to curriculum and pastoral teams, ensuring that teams are motivated, engaged and highly performing.
You will have substantial and effective experience as a senior manager in an educational setting, which includes 16-19 year old provision. You will also have demonstrable experience in providing exceptional standards of teaching, learning and assessment for learners, supporting them to achieve at the highest possible levels and progress.
Our fantastic campus is in the heart of Old Coulsdon and is a new build with exceptional facilities, creating a state-of-the-art learning and working environment. Coulsdon College is part of the Croydon College Group, which brings together two great Colleges.
