About the role:
Under the leadership of the CEO, Roy O'Shaughnessy, who joined the organisation in September 2018 we have entered a new phase to be London's leading College. As part of this exciting journey 2 new Assistant Principal roles have been created in the College of Haringey, Enfield and North East London:
1. Assistant Principal - Technical Industries
2. Assistant Principal - Employment Skills and Support.

Working closely with others in the Senior Management Team, you will play a pivotal role in developing the strategic plan for the college, within the Group framework and to be effective in the operationalisation of Conel's plans, quality improvement and activities.
You will be degree qualified with an excellent understanding of Curriculum Intent and of achieving a high standard of innovation and delivery in Teaching, Learning & Assessment. The successful Implementation and Impact of the highest level of Quality of Education provided to all students will be the motivation for this new and crucial role.
A track record of strategic leadership at senior level with the ability to lead and inspire, particularly in relation to cultural change and continuous service improvement are essential
