This is a fantastic opportunity to start a career in School Business Management as part of a Multi Academy Trust.
You may have a business qualification or be experienced in business and looking to make your first move into working in schools. Alternatively, you may already be working in schools and are now looking for a promotion opportunity. Either way, you will have the support and guidance from our experienced Strategic Business Manager and be supported through the gaining the Certificate/Diploma in School Business Management.
You will need to demonstrate knowledge/skills/experience in Finance, Health & Safety, Facilities and Estates Management, Administration/IT and HR, and be prepared to turn your hand to whatever comes your way. This is a busy, varied role and one in which you are making a difference to supporting students and staff in a good north Bristol school.
You will be leading the Business Administration team and so need some experience of people management and skills in Microsoft Office. You are a problem-solver and have excellent time management skills, alongside a keen eye for detail.
In return you will gain a wide range of knowledge and skills in the running of a school and will ultimately be equipped to move into a full school business manager role.
Working all year round (flexibility considered for the right applicant) you will be flexible in your hours and be willing to attend early and late sessions at the school site.
We warmly welcome your application!
