An exciting opportunity has arisen for an exceptional individual to join our talented team as an Assistant to the Senior Leadership Team. This is a senior administrative role that will support key areas for which senior leaders are responsible, including Year 7 Transition, Parents Evenings and staff absence reporting.
This role is Permanent, Full Time, Term Time Only, plus INSET Days and 5 days in the holidays.
The successful candidate will have experience of working in a senior administrative role in a customer service or school setting.
Your duties will include: -
- Providing daily admin support to the Principal and members of the Senior Leadership Team including diary management.
- Providing admin support to the Senior Operations Manager.
- Liaising effectively with colleagues in the Academy and across the Federation.
- Maintaining accurate and confidential records.
You will need to be friendly, professional and hard working with excellent organisational and time management skills. The role will provide the opportunity to be involved in a wide range of projects, the ability to be flexible in adapting to changing priorities will be essential.

This is an opportunity for an experienced administrator/secretary interested in contributing to school improvement by supporting the Principal and Senior Team in the delivery of their objectives. We will require the successful candidate to provide a confidential, high quality secretarial and administrative support service that adds value to the role of Assistant to SLT. The following outlines the broad responsibilities of this role, the post holder may undertake other Assistant and administrative duties as required (and as noted above).

The Cabot Learning Federation is the largest non-diocesan academy group in the South West. We currently are sponsoring academies in Bristol, South Gloucestershire and Weston-Super-Mare; six secondary, eight primary, one all-through academy and a Studio School.
