The Position
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly efficient, professional and enthusiastic student Attendance and Admissions Administrator to join the Academy from December 2022. This is a crucial role requiring high-level administration skills, accuracy and attention to detail.
Key tasks in this role include data inputting, liaising with staff to ensure maintenance of accurate class registers, preparing standard letters and producing reports on attendance as required, attending meetings if required and acting as a first point of contact for parents/carers with attendance and/or admissions queries. The successful candidate will:-
● have recent experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in a school environment
● have advanced MS Office skills
● display excellent communication skills, with the ability to field all enquiries with speed, tact and efficiency, using initiative where appropriate
● be able to multi-task and to re-prioritise workload at short notice
● possess excellent organisation skills
● be sensitive, caring and determined to make a difference
● be comfortable working independently;
● have an excellent understanding of the need for confidentiality and GDPR.
