37 hours per week over 5 days, Term Time Only, plus 5 INSET and 5 additional days during the summer holiday to meet the needs of the school

Salary: £17415 - £19409 per annum
We are seeking to appoint a dynamic, enthusiastic and well organised individual to support the day today operation and administration of the school attendance system. Working under the direction of the Deputy Headteacher you will play a key role in working to improve pupil attendance rates, reduce pupil absence and engage with pupils, families and other key stakeholders to promote and sustain high levels of attendance. A commitment to helping pupils to achieve success by promoting high levels of attendance essential.
The successful candidate will:
● be highly efficient and organised with a ‘can do’ problem solving attitude
● possess good team working skills and the ability to work effectively in a busy office environment
● excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate in a calm and professional manner with staff, students and parents
● IT literate with ability to quickly and accurately record information
The successful candidate will also be required to undertake First Aid (appropriate training will be provided).
