We are currently seeking a B2B Marketing Executive based at our Trowbridge campus. Key responsibilities of this new role include managing the College’s extensive employer database, undertaking bespoke direct marketing and tele sales campaigns to generate leads, and acting as the key administrative liaison point between employers and our staff to drive conversions.
Working within a vibrant marketing team, you will also work closely with the Business Development team as you are tasked with scheduling and booking appointments for both Placement Officers and Training Consultants to meet with Employers. You will generate repeat business with existing employers but also forge new links to increase the number of apprenticeship, work experience and industry placement opportunities.
You will be comfortable utilising multiple communication channels and motivated by working in a target-driven environment. You will be efficient and professional in your approach and confident when reporting campaign results to managers. Due to the nature of this role, there will be occasions when evening and weekend work is required and cross county travel is also involved, so a flexible working attitude is essential.
