An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Behaviour Interventions Assistant to join us at Rednock. You will be an empathetic, supportive communicator, able to quickly establish and maintain positive yet professional relationships with students and colleagues. You will be able to create strong routines, boundaries and relationships allowing students to flourish from a point of adversity.
The post holder will be required to interact with students, parents/carers and colleagues. Dealing with concerns, interventions and processing information and maintaining accurate records. You will promote positive behaviour and help students to make positive choices in their education. You will have the ability to help students see an alternative path to the one that they are taking and help them work in partnership with staff to succeed.

This permanent post is 37 hours per week across 5 days, term time only. The salary will be £20,112 per annum (which is Grade 6, pro rata).
