Behaviour Teaching Assistant
Required to start as soon as possible
Grade F (pt. 9) (£10.83p/h) (£20,903 p/a pro-rata)
30 hours per week.
We are seeking to appoint a dynamic, inspirational, highly motivated, resourceful and enthusiastic Behaviour Teaching Assistant to join our lovely school. Having experience of working with pupils with severe and complex autism, learning difficulties and associated challenging behaviour is essential. You will be working with pupils on a 1:1 basis and with groups. You will need to be approachable, patient and able to build positive relationships with pupils across the school.
• Have a willingness to undertake training in medical procedures
• Be enthusiastic, organised and flexible
• Have an NVQ2 (or equivalent)
• Have Team Teach experience
We are a strong, supportive staff team, committed to high standards of delivery.
