We are looking to appoint a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Manager to work alongside the Headteacher, Senior Leadership team and Governors. The successful candidate will lead the provision and operation of support services within school ensuring legal compliance and best practice. Responsibilities within the role include the management of finance, administration, HR, facility and property services, health and safety and management information systems.
Castell Alun High School is a very successful English medium high school with over 1320 students (300 in the Sixth Form), situated in the village of Hope, Flintshire. We work diligently to provide every child with an education which will empower them with the skills, knowledge and understanding they will need to prosper in modern society. We pride ourselves in the quality of pastoral care provided by all members of staff. Over 60% of our students stay on into the Sixth Form and we attract significant numbers who enter Year 12 from other schools.
