We are looking for a highly organised, proactive and enthusiastic person to undertake this new role.
Exceptional customer service skills are a must; the role is customer facing and will require the successful candidate to help students in a positive and encouraging manner, as well as liaising with all College departments.
You will be responsible for providing a wide range of administrative support and be able to use College systems and handle data effectively.
You will have excellent communication skills. The work involves dealing with enquiries across webchat, over the phone and face-to-face, so the successful candidate must be comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced working environment.
The successful candidate will be a fast learner with excellent attention to detail, equally capable of working on their own projects or contributing to team tasks.
Full training will be given, however a good level of IT skills is essential and some understanding of FE would be advantageous.
This post will involve working some evenings and the occasional Saturday to support College events. As a cross college service, when necessary, the post holder will be required to travel to other campuses.

The successful candidate will join the frontline services at the Barnfield Campuses, reporting to the Head of Marketing and Admissions.
