About the role:
We are seeking energetic and committed Careers and Employability Advisers to join our award winning Careers and Employability Service. You will help develop and deliver a range of Careers Guidance and Employability services for young people and adults wishing to enter all fields of education, training and employment in line with internal quality standards, Gatsby Benchmarks, Matrix and OFSTED requirements.
You will have significant proven experience of providing Careers Education and 1:1 Guidance, including knowledge of UCAS, Apprenticeships and Employability skills Preferably you will have a Level 6 Careers Guidance Qualification (e.g. Diploma in Careers Guidance) or NVQ Level 4 in IAG with the ability to train to Level 6 in Career Guidance

Westminster Kingsway College is a further education college in central London with centres in Camden and Westminster. It offers a huge array of academic and vocational courses for 16-18 year olds and adult learners, such as A-Levels, BTECs, Apprenticeships, Foundation Degrees, Access to Higher Education, employability training and short courses. It also offers bespoke training for employers and specialist programmes delivered in conjunction with the Peter Jones Enterprise Academy.
Westminster Kingsway is an award-winning provider of hospitality and culinary arts courses. For over a century it has been at the forefront of culinary arts education in the UK, providing UK restaurants with highly-skilled chefs, front-of-house staff and management.
