Careers & Employer Engagement Officer
Salary: £22,021 to £26,317 pro-rata (JE Grade E)
Hours: 1420.8 hours per annum (37 hours per week term time plus 2 non-pupil days)
We are seeking to appoint a flexible, proactive and resourceful person to join our team at GTS. The core purpose of the role is to develop the programme of support the pupils receive around career and work related learning, as well as developing employer engagement across the school.
The successful applicant must be able to thrive in a child centred environment, have a good eye for detail and be secure in their use of ICT. The ability to communicate confidently with all stakeholders is an essential part of this role, while previous experience of working in a school and/or careers guidance environment would be an advantage.
