An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a self-motivated and enthusiastic Careers Coordinator. Reporting to the Assistant Headteacher, you will be responsible for providing whole school careers guidance and support, ensuring compliance of The Gatsby Benchmarks. This is an important role in breaking down students’ barriers for accessing careers guidance and support and you will provide and manage a programme for one to one mentoring.
You will have the highest integrity, and the ability to communicate well at all levels. Very good numeracy and literacy skills (A-C GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English) are essential and experience of working in a school or with young people.
