Pay Range: C1, £21,589 - £23,836 (£11.19 per hour)
37 hours per week, all year round
Responsible to: Business Manager
Responsible for: Site management, contractors
We are looking for a full-time enthusiastic, skilled and committed individual to enhance our existing premises team and work across all sites within the SILC. Under the direction of the Business Manager, the Site Superintendent will provide operational facilities management to ensure the school environment is safe and secure for all stakeholders. The role will build additional capacity within the existing team and will be fully immersed in premises and health and safety related matters. The successful candidate will build and maintain relationships with new and existing suppliers, contractors and hirers of the school facilities and support the development of our premises to offer our students and staff the best possible learning and working environments.
