We are looking to appoint two self-motivated caretakers to join our highly skilled, committed and supportive team of caretaking staff to assist in maintaining the highest standard of security, cleanliness, safety and general maintenance of College buildings, grounds and facilities.
The successful applicant must have good interpersonal and communication skills, and should be able to work independently using their own initiative and as a part of a team. Previous experience of working in a school environment is desirable, but is not essential. Individuals should hold relevant qualifications or be able to demonstrate equivalent experience as detailed in the person specification.

Contract: Role 1: 40 hours per week
Role 2: 20 hours per week

Grade : Scale 4 £18,893 pa Full Time Equivalent
Actual Salary: 40 hours / £20,424 per annum
20 hours / £10,212 per annum
