We are looking for a passionate and inspiring qualified Teacher to join our supportive and talented team at Haywood Village Academy in Weston Super Mare on a casual basis.
From time to time Haywood Village use agency staff to cover periods of absence, however we have had considerable success with employing a teacher to lead learning in classrooms in the absence of permanent staff on various days as the Classroom Teacher.
This contract will not be offered with fixed days and will enable staff to undertake employment beyond the school and our school would respect that a successful candidate would, like other supply teachers, have a varying availability from week to week.

You will be used to planning and consistently delivering high quality lessons, will have experience in delivering the curriculum in your chosen area and will be a strong communicator with the ability to embrace change and motivate colleagues and students. We look for professionals who have excellent class management skills and have high expectations of work and behaviour.

About the Academy & Cabot Learning Federation
The Cabot Learning Federation is the largest non-diocesan academy group in the South West. We currently are sponsoring academies in Bristol, South Gloucestershire and Weston-Super-Mare; six secondary, eight primary, one all-through academy and a Studio School. The Federation also has an overarching CLF Post 16 and specialist inclusion centres. Together we educate over 9000 children between the ages of 3 and 19 and the Federation is a major Teaching School in the South West.
