We are looking for an exceptional administrator to join our team at the Olympus Academy Trust which is based at Winterbourne Academy to provide a first class administration service to the Trust’s HR Team as well as for the Trust’s Central Team.
The role is offered on a part time, fixed term basis for 1 year, working 25 hours per week, Term Time only plus 5 Inset days. The actual salary for the role will be £11,300 per annum.
Whilst the daily working pattern is flexible, we require the hours to be worked over 5 days per week (Monday to Friday). Occasional travel between local partner sites for meetings and events may be required as and when necessary.
This is an exciting, varied and demanding role that will support the effective management of a shared educational provision to individuals. The successful candidate will actively promote and contribute to the Trust’s ethos and values through the delivery of this role.
Duties will include:
• Providing an efficient, effective and fully comprehensive administrative service to the Trust HR department, including letter and e-mail correspondence.
• Providing support for the central HR department with all recruitment for the Trust
• Setting up and maintaining PS People, the central HR and payroll system
• Providing administrative support to members of the Olympus Central Team.
• Providing a reception service to the Olympus Academy Trust Central Team (Trust), to include receiving visitors and telephone calls to the Trust and dealing with them appropriately and in a friendly manner.
The successful candidate will have a demonstrable track record working successfully in a busy, fast paced and high volume administration role. You will be able to work autonomously, taking accountability for the timely and effective delivery of high quality work and bring quality, efficiency and a smile to the team!
